The Salaries of a B.Tech graduate differs from field to field. The salary even varies based on the experiences of the candidates. The salaries even vary in the Government and Private Sectors. But B.Tech graduates can expect a higher salary in the private sector than the government sector.

Your salary will vary according to the job profile also. If you work as a Project Engineer, Design Mechanical Engineer you can earn an average of 1.5- 8 lakhs annually. Positions such as Project Managers can fetch you a higher salary.

 

Electronics & Communication Engineering

 

After completing B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, you can get a starting salary of about Rs 10,000 per month in the government sector. Your salary will increase with higher job profile and with the years of experience. The private sector can fetch you about Rs 20,000 to Rs 1 lakh per month. At the position of a Network Engineer, Associate Software Engineer you may earn from 1.6-6 lakhs annually. 

 

Biotechnology Engineering

 

The demand for GR B.tech graduates in Biotech Engineering is growing day by day as the technological progress keeps progressing. Although your salary can differ across the organization, you can earn an average minimum of Rs 20,000- 30,000 per month.
