Students of applied arts innovate with ‘Typesype’

VADODARA: Third year students of bachelors of visual arts of applied arts at M S University’s Faculty of Fine Arts recently displayed innovative works with exhibition titled ‘Typesype’.

 

The exhibition was a manifestation of expressions and personal vibrations by a group of around 25 students through typography, a subject which is part of their studies.

 

The display was innovative as students incorporated their concepts in forms of visuals which were made of letterforms.

 

Aimed to be experimental and also interdisciplinary, the students displayed their creative best by using materials ranging from simple card boards, papers to clay, plaster of paris and even glass to present the artworks in the most contemporary yet playful way.
