During a seminar organized at Chandigarh Club Sector-1 Chandigarh on Sunday Indian Insititute of Management (IIM) Rohtak announced its five years Integrated Program in Management(IPM) for students passing out of 12th standard. IIM Rohtak is the second IIM to offer IPM course for 12th students after IIM Indore according to Prof. Dheeraj Sharma, director IIM Rohtak.
According to him, the IPM program provides a unique blend of foundational knowledge of various social science subjects along with core management subjects. This will result in the development of a deeper understanding of the multifaceted world of business for the participating students.

Prof. Archana Patro, chairperson IPM Program said,” The uniquely developed curriculum for IPM Program combines theory and practice to provide students with self-confidence combined with superior skills that help them to build a rewarding career. Analytical skills, managerial perspective, and ethical foundation will act as a catalyst to their understanding of the real-world problems. This unique proposition is also a win-win situation for the industry to hire such professionals, as they will have a pragmatic understanding of the corporate expectations and hence be confident to face real-time challenges.”
Prof. Gaurav Dwivedi, faculty of IIM Rohtak said that online registrations for this program have begun from 15th April this year and will close on 10th May. After the online aptitude test followed by written Ability Test and Personal Interviews, the final selection to the program will be made on the candidate’s general awareness, communication skills, and past academics. This is a great opportunity to experience the culture of an IIM after 12th and pursue a career in Business Management.
