NEET UG 2020: Exam to be held on May 3

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) entrance exam for MBBS/BDS courses will take place on May 3, 2020. Online application process for the exams will start from December 2 and end by December 31,2019 @ ntaneet.nic.in.

 

The exams will be conducted by National Testing Agency for the second time in a row. Competitive entrance exams including NEET UG, JEE, NET etc which were earlier conducted by CBSE will henceforth be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) set up by the Government of India.

 

All those who have cleared class 12 are eligible to apply fo this exam. Those who have applied for the exam can download their admit cards from March 27, 2019.

NEET will be held in pen-and-paper mode for three hours. The exam paper will have three sections of which 45 questions out of total 180 will be from physics and 45 questions will be from chemistry, remaining 90 questions will be from biology.

 

Answer key for the exam will be available from May 2020 while the result will be announced by June 4, 2020.

 

Four marks will be provided for all correct answers and negative marks will be given for the wrong asnwers. No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions.
