IBPS RRB Clerk, PO Prelims Result 2019 to be delayed

As per an official circular, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has postponed the declaration of results for preliminary exams and the schedule for the Mains exam has also been postponed.

Provisional result for the recruitment exam which was held to hire for the post of office assistant, officer scale I has been declared earlier.

Though the reasons for the delay were not revealed, revised schedule will be made available soon on the official website ibps.in, according to the circular issued by IBPS.

Those who have cleared the prelims and mains need to attend an interview which will be coordinated by the nodal regional rural banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority. Candidate selection and allotment will be completed by January 2020.

 

Candidates will be placed in respective offices upon the completion of training period.

As per the official data available, around 6.66 lakh people appeared for the RRB office assistant level exam and 5.11 lakh appeared for the officer level exam in 2018.

 

Take home salary for IBPS RRB office assistant and Officer scale I will be around Rs.15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month and Rs.30,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month respectively. Exact salary details are yet to be announced for this year and it will be decided based on previous year’s trend.
