The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the admit card or e-call letter, city intimation/free travel authority and mock test for rescheduled candidates of RRB CBT stage 2 on its official website – rrbonlinereg.in.
The candidates who have applied for the RRB Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No.03/2018 Recruitment of JE, JE(IT), DMS, CMA, are advised to visit the official website of the Board to check and download their e-call letter or RRB JE CBT 2 admit card and other details.
Earlier, in a notification published on the official website, the RRB has mentioned that “2nd stage Computer Based Test (CBT) rescheduled on technical reasons etc., is now scheduled on 19.09.2019.”

Downloading of Train Travel Authority for eligible Candidates arrangements in train and not an E-call letter: 09.09.2019
Download of E-call letter: 15.09.2019
Activation of Mock Test link for CBT: 09.09.2019
Date of re-scheduled 2nd stage CBT: 19.09.2019 (1day)
All candidates, whose 2nd stage CBT was rescheduled, may login with their above-mentioned dates through the link to be provided on the official websites of RRBs for knowing their Exam City, Date, Session, downloading Train Travel Authority (for eligible candidates only) and E-Call letter.
CBT Examination Details
Duration of CBT: 120 minutes (160 minutes for eligible PwBD candidates accompanied with scribe)
Number of Questions: 150
Section-wise Marks and Syllabus: As published in the CEN.No:03/2018 in websites of RRBs on 29-12- 2018 at Para 13.2
Types of questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
Negative Marking: 1/3rd for every incorrect answer
