It is essential for professionals to start their day right. Working from home comes with a unique set of challenges however there is still a lot to do if people want to actually make the most of existing resources. To stay motivated, it is important to conform to a routine. Take small breaks, set up a convenient study or work corner in your house and spend more time talking to your friends and family. This can be refreshing and boost your productivity. Additionally, take some time out for a work out. It does not have to be very intensive but consistency is the key. Even if it’s basic stretching, do that every day in the morning for 30 minutes.
2. Communication is key:
In lockdown situations, it is important to keep the communication lines open not just with your immediate reportees but your larger team. Take time out, do video check-ins or calls once in a while to check how everybody is doing and offer help or guidance where needed.
