RRB ALP Examination 2020
ONLINE applications are invited every year in the month of March/April(may differ) by RRBs from eligible Indian Nationals and other nationals as brought out at as per notification of this CEN for the posts of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) & Technicians. Applications complete in all respects should be submitted ONLINE to the chosen Railway Recruitment Board.
Age limit
A candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 28 years on 1st August 2020, i.e. he must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1991 and not later than 01.01.2001.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must be either:-
A citizen of India, or
a subject of Nepal, or
a subject of Bhutan, or
a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Srilanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Educational Qualification
A candidate who has completed Technical grade from a recognized university.
How to Apply
Candidates can apply online in the month of April/May(differ) every year. No other mode of application will be accepted. Pre-requisites for Applying Online: Candidates should have a valid email ID and mobile no. which should be kept active till the declaration of results. It will be essentially required for receiving any communication/ call letters/ advice from the bank by email/ SMS.
GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION: Candidates will be required to register themselves online through RRB website http://www.rrbchennai.gov.in/
After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/Internet Banking.
