Uttar Pradesh government is preparing to start the university and college semester examinations after June 30, 2020, in the state. The government will take necessary steps including adequate sanitization by the institute at the examination center to conduct the examination safely.
The authorities will have to disinfect the hands at the entrance of the exam hall. Chief Secretary, Government of UP has ordered the institutions to take necessary measures to conduct 2019-20 exams in higher education institutes and BEd 2020 exams.
The decision to conduct the semester examination in the state was shared in a series of tweets by the Chief Secretary, UP Government.

UP college exam 2020: Important measures
Chief Secretary, Rajendra Kumar Tiwari has asked the authorities to arrange alcohol-based sanitizers for candidates. Students will have to disinfect their hands before entering the venue.
Meanwhile, UP BEd 2020 examination dates would be released soon. The examination was earlier scheduled to be conducted on April 6, 2020, that was postponed due to the lockdown.
Through this examination, around 2 lakh candidates will be granted admission. 10 percent of seats are reserved for EWS category.
