SSC revises CGL JE Stenographer and other exam dates Check important details

SSC Exam 2020-21: The Staff Selection Commission, SSC has revised the dates of various recruitment exam like CGLE, Stenographer, Junior Engineer and Selection Posts Phase VIII. All the SSC aspirants can check the notice on the official website of the commission, the link for which is ssc.nic.in.

“On 22.09.2020, Staff Selection Commission had declared revised schedule of examinations for the period 01.10.2020 to 31.08.2021.”

However, in view of the assembly elections in the state of Bihar, the following resultant modifications have been necessitated in the schedule of various examinations.

Important note for candidates

There will be no change in the schedule of the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, (CHSLE)-2019 Tier-I to be held from October 12 to October 26. Meanwhile, the admit cards of SSC CHLE 2019 exam for various regions has been released by the commission. Candidates can visit the official website of SSC for latest updates.

Further, the revised calendar of the examinations has also been uploaded on the website of the commission.

Exam instructions to be followed amid Covid-19 pandemic:

Moreover, SSC has released important instructions for the candidates of the upcoming computer-based mode examinations. The commission will implement social distancing norms during the conduct of its CBE in adherence to the Government of India guidelines in the present scenario of Covid-19 to ensure health and safety of the candidates.

  • On reaching the examination venue, candidates are advised to follow social distancing norms and maintain a distance of 6 feet between two candidates
  • Contactless candidate verification will be conducted by flashing of admit card and valid photo ID proof at the Document Verification desk
  • The facility for hand sanitization will be available at the entry gate and also inside the examination venue. All candidates are required to sanitize their hands.
