UP B.Ed Online Counselling 2020 Registration begins on lkouniv.ac.in schedule process documents required

Lucknow University would be conducting the online counselling for UP B.Ed admissions on the basis of UP JEE B.Ed 2020 Result. The UP B.Ed Online Counselling 2020 registration are now live on the official website lkouniv.ac.in. Candidates who have been allotte the JEE B.Ed Rank of 1 to 50,000 are required to register from today. UP B.Ed Online Counselling Schedule 2020

The online counselling for UP. B.Ed 2020 – 22 Admissions would be done in phases, based on the rank scored in the UP JEE B.Ed examination. The first round is online counselling which would be followed by round 2 which is pool counselling and then Round 3 which is Direct Admissions. Check the complete schedule below.

UP B.Ed Counselling 2020: Documents Required for Reporting

  • Printout of the provisional Allotment cum Confirmation letter from Lucknow University Portal
  • Copy of Application form, Admit Card and score card of the J.E.E. B.Ed. 2020
  • Proof of Date of Birth: Class 10th certificate
  • All Mark Sheets and Certificates upto Qualifying Examination.
  • Category, sub category and weightage Certificates in original in the prescribed format,
  • Original photo ID issued by Government
  • Two passport sized photographs
  • Copies of all Fees Receipts

UP B.Ed Online Counselling – Process

There are 5 steps of online counselling. Based on the schedule, candidates are required to complete them all. Please remember, only the candidates with the rank as per the phase of schedule would be allowed to participate in the counselling at that point.

Also, it is mandatory for candidates who have appeared in the JEE B.Ed examination to upload their qualifying examination mark sheet at the time of counselling. Candidates would also require a bank account which should be either in the name of the candidate or father or mother. Candidates would be required to upload a cancelled cheque/ photocopy of the front page of the passbook during registration.

  • Registration – Click on Login for Online Counselling link available on lkouniv.ac.in provided here to start the registration. For this, candidates would be required to pay Rs. 5750 as fee which include a non-refundable Rs. 750 processing fee and advance college fee of Rs. 5000.
  • Choice Filling – Once registration is complete (including fee payment), candidates are required to fill their choices as per their preferences. The choices filled would be considered final and cannot be changced once locked. Also, candidates must provide as many choices as possible and also in order of their preference.
  • College Allotment – Based on the state rank and preferences filled, colleges would be allotted to the candidates – seat allotment results would be made available on the candidates login window on the scheduled date of allotment
  • Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation letter download – If candidates are satisfied with the allotment, they can then download the Provisional Allotment cum Confirmation letter from the login. Candidates would also be required to pay the balance amount of fee within three days of college allotment and download of the letter.
  • Report to allotted college – Once the allotment process is complete, candidates are required to report physically to the allotted college along with the original documents listed above. Candidates would have three days to report to the college with the confirmation letter. The documents would be verified by the Principal of the college to confirm the admission.
