School and College Reopening

The state governments across the country have decided to reopen the classes for the students since the cases in the states have been declining. State governments like Karnataka, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, and others have reopened for the students. Attendance, however, is not mandatory for the students and those attending the classes are required to get consent from the parents to attend the classes. The state governments had earlier begun the classes for the students from classes 10 and 12 keeping in mind the board examinations to be conducted this year.

The schools have been conducting the classes for the students following the COVID-19 pandemic and guidelines issued by the state and central government. The states have asked the schools to follow all the protocols including regular sanitization of the schools, social distancing among students, and wearing face masks at all times.
