Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers, REET Exam Date 2021 has been postponed now by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education. REET 2021 will be held now on June 20, 2021. Earlier, the examination was scheduled to be held on April 25, 2021. The main reason behind rescheduling the REET exam date 2021 is to give chance to the economically weaker class to apply for the exam.
The Chief Minister of Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot announced during the budget session that the main aim to postpone the REET Exam Date 2021 is to provide a chance to EWS people. The RBSE Director, D P Jaroli has said that the REET 2021 application for EWS classes will begin soon.
Earlier, this year there was a controversy that the Jain community had also asked for the postponement of the REET exam due to Mahavir Jayanti on April 25, 2021. But the actual reason remains to provide chance to EWS classes. Department of Education Rajasthan has announced this through a tweet.

REET Exam Date 2021 is now rescheduled to be held on June 20, 2021 instead of April 25, 2021. The date of release of REET Admit Card 2021 will be announced soon. REET 2021 exam will be held in two sessions, Paper 1 for those appearing for class 1 to 5 teacher’s positions and Paper 2 for class 6 to 8.
