Students against NEET-UG 2021 entrance

Ever since the CBSE Class 12 board exams 2021 have been canceled, students are also demanding the postponement of the NEET-UG 2021 in view of the second wave of the pandemic. Students have stated that the conduction of physical exams in the current situation is unfair.

Many students have also suggested that the medical entrance exam should be conducted twice or thrice this year, just like the JEE Main 2021 examination. NTA later clarified that the NEET UG 2021 exam will only be conducted once this year.

The schedule for the online registration process and the final dates for the NEET UG 2021 examination will be announced once the newly appointed Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan holds a meeting with all the concerned authorities.

The NEET exam was postponed last year as well in view of the Covid-19 pandemic and the nationwide lockdown. The exam was ultimately conducted in September 2020 in physical mode after being postponed several times.
