Today, September 22, is the last date to apply for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2021. Candidates who have qualified UG programmes and seeking admission to PG management programmes can apply online at iimcat.ac.in by 5 pm today. The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2021 registration for admission to postgraduate management programmes has opened on August 4. November 28 is the CAT 2021 exam date.
The IIM administer CAT 2021. The CAT 2021 eligibility criteria requires a degree of graduation from a recognised university or institute with 50 % marks or equivalent. However, for the candidates belonging to reserved category, relaxations are also exists.
The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2021 application consists of steps such as, filling in the application form, registration, paying the registration fee and uploading documents.
From the CAT 2021 advertisement, a statement says that, CAT 2021 will be held in exam centres spread across around 158 test cities. Students will be given the option to select any six test cities according to their preference.
Also a statement on the official website said that, “Students can also choose Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir) as a preferred city for CAT 2021,”

- Visit the website – iimcat.ac.in
- From Home page, select ‘Register’ (if not registered), select ‘Login’
- Register using the login credentials
- Fill in the form and upload the scanned documents
- Pay the application fees online and click on “Submit”
