About the Program
IIT Kharagpur Department of Biotechnology Senior Research Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to M.Tech. degree holders. The selected fellow are required to work on the project entitled – “Strategic Enhancement of Microalgal Biomass Production in High Rate Algal Pond Integrated with Bubble Column that is Sourced with Flue-gas Co2 (IMPRINT-2)(EHF)”. The candidate will receive a fellowship of up to INR 35,000 per month.
Fellowship Details

Eligibility:
To be eligible, an applicant must –
- Be below 32 years of age.
- Hold an M.Tech degree in Biotechnology/Biochemical Eng./Bioprocess Eng. or an equivalent degree.
- Have at least first year of research experience in the area of Algal Biotechnology/Biofuel/Biorefinery.
Benefits:
