About the Program
To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be a non-EEA national
- Not have a degree from an education institution in the Netherlands
- Apply for a full-time Bachelor’s or Master’s programme at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions
- Meet the specific requirements of the institution of choice
The selected scholars will receive EUR 5,000 in the first year of their studies.

Selection Criteria
The selections will be made on the basis of information and documents submitted by the applicants.
Terms and Conditions
The scholarship amount can be received only once and it does not cover the full tuition fees.
The concerned university will contact the applicants if they have been awarded the scholarship.
