ATE 2022: The Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Kharagpur has released the GATE 2022 travel pass for the applicants. The GATE 2022 examination is scheduled to begin from February 5, 2022, across the country on four weekends. The travel pass has been issued to facilitate the smooth movement of applicants to the examination centres.
GATE 2022: Important details
- As per the officials, IIT Kharagpur GATE 2022 travel pass is now available on the official website, i.e., gate.iitkgp.ac.in. Applicants who will appear for the exam can download it on or before the exam date
- The GATE 2022 Travel Pass is valid for the JAM 2022 examination too
- Applicants carrying the letter will be allowed to move for the examination
- Along with the GATE 2022 travel pass, one should carry the admit card too during the examination.

- GATE 2022 is a national level examination that is conducted by one of the nodal Indian Institutes of Technology every year
- The examination is conducted in different subjects for post-graduate admissions in various IITs in the country
- The examination is also used by various PSU’s as a qualifying examination for different engineering jobs
- The exam will be conducted in an online format in 203 cities across India on February 5, 6, 12, and 13, 2022.
