UP TET 2021 Result Likely to be Delayed, to be Released after March 10

Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UP TET) 2021 is unlikely to be released today i.e., February 25, 2022. The UPTET 2021 result will be released on the official website – updeled.gov.in.
As per the information, the UP Govt is yet to publish the final UPTET 2021 answer keys, which are supposed to be released on February 23, 2022.

Sources told that the not only the release of the UPTET result 2021 but also the Answer Key has been deferred by the UP govt. The UPTET 2021 Result will now only be declared after the announcement of the UP Assembly Elections 2022 results.

The UPTET exam 2021 was conducted on January 23, 2022 across the state. In which about 18 lakh candidates took part. The UPTET 2021 tentative answer keys were released on January 31, 2021. Against the answer keys around 3,000 objections were received by the Board. According to the sources 54 questions of primary level were challenged while 44 questions of upper primary level were objected by the candidates.

The Board has set up a committee to examine the objections and subsequently the final answer keys and result will be released.

UPTET 2021 cut off

The qualifying cut off for UPTET is 60 per cent for General category candidates, for OBC, ST and ST categories candidates it is 55 per cent.

It means, to qualify the UPTET exam the General category candidates must score 90 marks out of 150 while 82.5 marks are required for other categories candidates.
