The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K), and Times Professional Learning (TPL), under its brand The Second Wind (TimesTSW), have launched its inaugural batch of LEAP – A Strategic Management Programme for Senior Professionals.
The 12-month programme is tailored to suit the growing demands of senior executives managing companies of various sizes. Designed for preparing management professionals who can decode their companies’ future priorities in an increasingly complex business world, this programme aims to create
sharp business leaders who can chart out strategies to help deal with the challenges of tomorrow.
LEAP provides learners with advanced concepts and skills through subjects like Strategic Thinking, Responsible Leadership, Technology Embracement and All-round Business Understanding.
The pedagogy would include lectures, case studies, project work, simulations, in-class exercises, etc. to be delivered by eminent faculty and experts from the industry via a state-of-the-art TPL platform through the Direct-to-Device (D2D) mode.
Speaking at the launch of the programme, Prof. Keyoor Purani, Programme Co-Director, IIM-K, said,
