Eligibility
- To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Not be more than 28 years of age
- Hold a graduate degree in Professional Course (B.E./B.Tech.) in the specified subject/discipline in the first division with NET/GATE qualification, OR
- Hold a postgraduate degree in a professional course (M.E/M.Tech.) in a specified subject/discipline in the first division both at the graduate and postgraduate level
Note – The number of vacancies may increase or decrease as per requirement. A vacancy may be kept unfilled if no candidate is found suitable.
Benefits
The selected fellows will receive an emolument of up to INR 31,000 per month plus HRA and other facilities as per Govt. rules.

The selection of the candidates will be made based on the applicant’s performance in the interview.
Terms and Conditions
- Incomplete/partially filled applications are liable to be rejected.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per Govt. rules will be permissible.
- Initially, the offer is for a period of two years which may be upgraded to SRF subject to recommendations of the Internal Screening Committee.
- Candidates are advised to keep their mobile numbers and email IDs (provided in the application) active for correspondence till the completion of the recruitment process since all correspondence will be done through email or mobile.
- Incomplete/partially filled applications are liable to be rejected.
