To be eligible, an applicant must –
- Be a citizen of India
- Have attained 18 years of age
- Hold a graduate/postgraduate or enrolled in a postgraduate course in any college/university in India
- Have an excellent academic record throughout the career
- Have language proficiency in English & Hindi (Note – Proficiency in the local vernacular of the northeast will be an add on.)
The candidate will receive a stipend of up to INR 25,000 per month based on qualification, another accomplishment, volunteering, etc.
