To be eligible, an applicant must –
- be between the age group of 21 and 30 years as of 31st July 2023
- be a graduate student by 31st July 2023
- be fluent in Hindi or English (reading, writing and speaking)
The selected candidate will receive a monthly stipend of INR 20,000.
Eligible candidates can apply for the fellowship by following the steps mentioned below:

Step 2: Click on the ‘Register’ button on the right-hand side of the dashboard and fill in the required details to ‘Register’. (Note – If already registered, log in using the registered email Id.)
Step 3: Navigate to the ‘Apply For Fellowship’ button and click on it.
Step 4: Navigate to the ‘Urban Fellowship’ button at the bottom of the page.
Step 5: Fill in the application form and click next to complete the application.
