IIM Bodh Gaya Launches Executive Certificate Programme in Corporate Law

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bodh Gaya launched an executive certificate programme in corporate law. The 10-month long programme is designed for professionals. The programme will conclude on February 1, 2024. Interested candidates can apply at the official website — iimbg.ac.in.

This certificate programme aims to provide professionals an understanding of corporate laws and their linkages with various business-related issues. It will deal with corporate governance, regulatory issues, formulating and implementing effective financial strategies with legal prudence.

The programme was launched in the presence of Professor Vinita S Sahay, director of IIM Bodh Gaya and programme directors — Professor Sabyasachi Mohapatra, Associate Professor of Finance and Accounting and Professor Soumya Prakash Patra, Assistant Professor of Law and Public Policy.

Candidates who have taken up the course were also present at the inauguration event. At the event, Professor Patra stated, “the batch profile is dynamic in nature, which has participants of 30 years of experience to 1.8 years of experience.”

Upon the completion of the programme, participants will get a “Certificate of Completion” who have fulfilled all the criteria (attendance and evaluation) pertaining to the course.
