uLektz Wall of Fame is proud to declare ”Top 20 Revolutionary Education Leaders” for the year 2022

It  is hard to think of an industry where revolution is more applicable than education.

We’ve all heard the saying, “Do as I say, not as I do.” Of course, the irony is that actions are much more telling than words. Leaders, who lead by example, position themselves as tremendous role  models. A leader that leads by example nearly always receives respect and admiration. Revolutionary Education Leaders live by the saying “Example is not the main thing in influencing others; it is the only thing.”

The best leader realises that a vision doesn’t happen overnight; true transformation takes time. A  leader’s commitment displays not only passion but dedication, which can have a tremendously positive effect on education

To be a successful and effective leader is not any easy feat. Yet, some of the revolutionary  education leaders made it possible. This is important because there has always been a historical gap between students on different socio-economical levels and high and low achieving students.

The very best leaders are also visionaries. They have a goal that they can unite a team around and a plan to help them get there. Not just that, but they are able to clearly articulate their vision and  goals.

”In the past month, we received numerous nominations, through various forums, mediums and sources. While each nomination deserves an award we have come down in favour of these 20 people  for the dedication and grit which they have shown during the global pandemic.

Hearty Congratulations to each of the Wall of Fame Award winners. By declaring the following leaders as one of the Top 20 Revolutionary Education Leaders we acknowledge and honour the efforts  that they have put towards their job and through this award, we appreciate these efforts. The Wall of Fame certificate for this award represents our respect and admiration and can function an ongoing reminder of their achievements.
