To be eligible, the applicants must –
- be a domicile of India
- have accepted an offer for a full-time undergraduate programme at the University of Birmingham for the session in September 2023
- be classed by the University as an overseas fee payer for tuition fee purposes
- be able to pay the outstanding tuition fees which is not covered under the scholarship
- have sufficient funds to cover the full cost of living at the University of Birmingham, plus any visa/travel expenses associated with studying in the UK
Note –
- The students who are already registered and studying a programme at the University of Birmingham in the UK are not eligible.
- The students who are applying for MBChB Medicine and Surgery or BDS Dental Surgery programme are not eligible for this scholarship.
- The applicants must be registered and their graduate study application must be attached to one of the local representatives of the university.
A total of four highest performing students will be awarded GBP 2,500 towards tuition fees (for the first year only) for a full-time undergraduate degree programme at the University starting from September 2023.
