The last date to register online for the Uttar Pradesh National Means cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) has been extended. Students intending to register online for UP NMMS 2023 scholarship will now get another 10 days to do the application. The last date now is September 28. The official website – entdata.co.in, is hosting the UP NMMS scholarship application form.
Students qualifying Class 7 exam in 2022-23 academic session with at least 55 per cent aggregate marks are eligible to register for UP NMMS scholarship. Students belonging to reserved categories including SC and ST will however get a relaxation of 5 per cent marks in the minimum passing marks criteria. Students enrolled in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV), Sainik School, government residential and private schools are not eligible to appear for the scholarship exam.
How to apply
Step 1: Visit the UP NMMS scholarship 2024 official website — entdata.co.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the NMMS application form link.
Step 3: Select the UP NMMS scholarship registration link and click on proceed to fill the application form.
Step 4: Upload documents including income, caste certificate, photo and signature.
Step 5: Submit the application form and download the form.
The UP NMMS scholarship exam will be held on November 5. Selected students will get a scholarship of Rs 12,000 per annum during Class 9 to 12.
