What is Eklavya Scholarship, Maharashtra 2017-18?
The Department of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra invites applications for Eklavya Scholarship 2017-18 from graduate students in arts, law, commerce, and science who have taken admission in a postgraduate degree program.
Who can apply for this scholarship?
To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must -Be a resident of Maharashtra. Have obtained at least 60% marks in a graduate program in arts, commerce and law and 70% marks in graduation in science. Have taken admission in a Postgraduate program. Have an annual family income less than INR 75,000 from all sources. Not be working either full-time or part-time. Note: For renewal, the students must secure at least 50% marks in their PG first year.
