This scholarship fund has been initiated in the memory of Late Dr. Goolam E. Vahanvati, who was the 13th Attorney General of India. The Dr. Goolam E. Vahanvati Scholarship Fund acts in the interest of law education aspirants, providing them mentoring and financial support to continue their education.

Students who wish to apply for this scholarship must fulfill the following eligibility criteria. They must:
NOTE: Students who may be taking the entrance exams post the deadline (31st May) will also get an opportunity to apply for the scholarship till 31st August.

Q. Can students in 2nd year to final year also apply for this scholarship?
A. Yes, students undertaking law degree courses in any year of LLB/LLM from a recognized institution/college/university may apply for the scholarship.
Q. Does the applicant need to get academic records and identification documents attested by some authority?
A. No, the self-attested documents would be enough for the scholarship application. Though, the applicant might need to provide the original documents for review if shortlisted for the subsequent selection stages of the scholarship program.
