Educational qualification:
Must have completed B.E. / B.Tech
Competencies required:
- Should be Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) (or) Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
- Should have at least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator managing Microsoft Active Directory environments
- Should have experience in operating Office365 and in handling backup & patching tools
- Must have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Active Directory Services, Exchange/Office365 Mailing Services, and Patch Management Tools
- Must have logical reasoning & problem solving/debugging capabilities
- Must be motivated to indulge in self-learning and implementation of new edge technologies
- Must be able to work in heterogeneous teams with a solution based approach
- Must showcase continuous improvement in driving service processes with a customer-centric approach
- Must have effective spoken and written communication skills
- Must be able to conduct end-user training programmes
Offered Salary CTC: INR 6 lakh to INR 8 lakh per annum
