UPSC CDS – II written result declared

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Wednesday announced the Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2020 results on its official website, upsc.gov.in. Around 6727 candidates qualified to appear in the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence for admission to (i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 151th (DE) Course commencing in July 2021 (ii) Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, Course commencing in July 2021 (iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course (210 F(P)) to be held in July 2021 (iv) Officers Training Academy, Chennai 114th SSC (Men) (NT) (UPSC) Course commencing in October 2021 and (v) Officers Training Academy, Chennai, 28th SSC Women (Non-Technical) (UPSC) Course starting in October 2021.

Candidates can submit their certificates for IMA by 01 July 2021. The last date to submit NA is May 13, 2021. For AFA candidates can submit certificates by October 01, 2021.

The marksheet of candidates who have not qualified will be available on the Commission’s website in the next 15 days after the declaration of the result of OTA (after SSB interview). The result will be available on the website for a period of 30 days.

The UPSC CDS Examination (II) written examination was conducted on November 08, 2020.

Steps to check UPSC CDS 2 result 2020

1) Open the official website upsc.gov.in

2) Click on the link ‘UPSC CDS Exam II 2020 Results’

3) Enter UPSC CDS Exam II application ID, your name and date of birth. Click on submit.

4) You can download and print your UPSC CDS Exam II 2020 Result.

Further, the candidates will have to take the training of 18 months. Candidates will be enrolled under the Army Act as Gentlemen cadets.
