The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test, NEET 2021 Undergraduate, UG exam is likely to be postponed till September 2021 according to reports by sources. Candidates appearing for the exam can keep a check on the official site- neet.ac.in for constant updates.
According to reports by sources, the new schedule for NEET 2021 UG exam is likely to be announced by next week. Along with the schedule, the online registration process will also be announced. All this will take place after the new Education Minister holds a meeting with the concerned authorities.
Earlier, NEET, as an entrance exam for MBBS and MDS courses was scheduled to be held on August 1, 2021. However, till now, there has been no update whether the date is the same or if it will be postponed. The registration process and other formalities for the exam got delayed due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
For quite some time, students had been demanding an update on JEE Main 2021 and NEET 2021. Recently, the former Education Minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal announced the dates for JEE Main 2021. With the latest update in the matter, it is expected that NEET will be postponed till September.
