CSI CSEET May 2023: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has issued Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET 2023) exam day guidelines. The instructions are available at the official ICSI website — icsi.edu.
ICSI has clarified that the CSEET exam will be conducted in remote proctored mode instead of conducting the same from test centres. While candidates are allowed to appear for the CSEET using their own laptop or desktop from home/ such other convenient and isolated place, they will not be allowed to appear in CSEET by using mobile phone, tablet, palmtop, etc.
The exam will be conducted for two hours (120 minutes). Candidates are required to login to the test portal at least 30 minutes before the time specified for the commencement of test. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the test after completion of 15 minutes of the commencement of the test and no candidate shall be permitted to finish the test until the expiry of 90 minutes of the commencement of the test.
According to the exam day guidelines, there will be no negative marking for wrong answers. Candidates are required to secure a minimum of 40 per cent marks in each paper, i.e., Paper- 1, Paper -2, Paper -3 and Paper -4 separately as the case may be, and 50 per cent marks in aggregate of all papers put together for passing the CSEET.
The mock test for CSEET May 2023 will be conducted on May 4, 2023. Detailed information about appearing in the mock test will be sent to candidates separately. Candidates should remember that the appearance in mock test is mandatory.
