JNU Admission 2023: The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has started the admission process for PhD program under JRF category (Junior Research Fellowship ). Candidates can register themselves for the PhD program under JRF category on the official website of JNU- junee.jnu.ac.in.
This year the candidates who are awarded the JRF category will be able to apply for JNU admission from July 5 to August 4 ( upto 11:50 pm).
JNU PhD Admission 2023 : How to apply under JRF category
Step 1: Go to the official website- junee.jnu.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the PhD program on the homepage
Step 3: Tap on new registration
Step 4: Fill in the email id and generate the password.
Step 5: Enter all the required information and documents.
Step 6: Pay the application fee.
Step 7: Save and submit the draft, also take printout for future refrence.
The candidates should have scanned images of their photographs and signature while the image should be in jpg/jpeg format and its size should be 10 to 200 Kb. Similarly, the size of the signature should be between 4 to 30 Kb. Candidates are advised to make sure that they have these documents before registering.
Students who had qualified for JRF of CSIR, UGC National Eligibility Test (NET), ICMR, AYUSH, DBT examinations will only be able to apply for the JRF category. These candidates will not have to appear for JNUEE 2023 for PhD admission.
Candidates will be selected after they will submit their application and then there will be a viva-voce. These candidates will be admitted to college on the basis of their viva score.
