Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Organisations as a Clerk or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRPClerks). The examination will be two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main Candidates who will qualify in Online Preliminary Examinationand shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main Examination. Depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year based on the business needs of the Participating Organisations and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations keeping in view the spirit of Govt. Guidelines on reservation policy, administrative convenience, etc.

Age limit

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st August 2020, i.e. he must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1990 and not later than 1st August 1999.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate must be either:-

A citizen of India, or
a subject of Nepal, or
a subject of Bhutan, or
a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Srilanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

How to Apply

Candidates can apply online in the month of August(also differ) every year. No other mode of application will be accepted. Pre-requisites for Applying Online: Candidates should have valid email ID and mobile no. which should be kept active till the declaration of results. It will be essentially required for receiving any communication/ call letters/ advices from the bank by email/ SMS.

After registration candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through online mode by using debit card/ credit card/Internet Banking.

Important Date
