About the Course:
This course provides students with concepts of metrology, terms in measurement, errors in measurements, linear measuring Instruments – evolution, concepts of interchange ability and selective assembly, bevel protractor, clinometers, angle gauges and constructional features, probes, accessories, software, Applications.
Objectives:
1.Will familiarize about principles and methods of straightness.
2.Will demonstrate surface finish measurement.
3.Will develop knowledge in electrical resistance thermometer.
