To be eligible, an applicant must
- Be 35 years of age
- Hold Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Virology/Environmental science/Chemistry/Polymer science/Material science/Textile engineering/ Horticulture & related fields
Benefits
The selected fellow will receive a stipend of INR 54,000 per month.

Selection Criteria
The selection of the candidates will be made based on the applicant’s performance in the interview.
Terms and Conditions
- No candidate will be entertained after 1000 hrs.
- The tenure of RA will be 2 years from the date of joining.
- The age limit is relax able by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates, with a certificate in original to be produced in support of the claim at the time of interview.
- HRA and Medical facilities are available wherever admissible as per Govt. rules.
- The candidates are required to produce all the relevant certificates/testimonials in original at the time of the interview.
- Award of Associateship does not confer any right for absorption/employment in DRDO.
